Carswell, Lepsis and Foster (Wizbang Sports)

� Dwayne Carswell, who was moved from TE to LT during the off season, gained 30 pounds (up from 260 to 290) in preparation for the switch, had a great preseason at the LT position � more than a few fans wondered if he was actually better than Lepsis �, was listed as Lepsis primary backup and didn�t run a route or catch a pass � not even just for fun � the entire preseason, has been switched back to TE AND given the starting job.

� And for those of you wondering about the development of LT Matt Lepsis and RT George Foster, I asked Mike Shanahan:
