Ricky Williams Reinstated; Dolphins May Not Care

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has decided to reinstate noted cannabis fan and sometime running back Ricky Williams after an 18-month suspension. According to FOX Sports NFL guru Jay Glazer, Ricky's old team the Miami Dolphins is on-the-fence as to whether they'd like him to re-join the organization. Coach Cam Cameron will reportedly run the issue by his players to see how they feel about Ricky. The Dolphins will get a two-week roster exemption, giving them time to mull the whole thing over.

Given how terrible the Dolphins have been this year, I say why not bring Ricky back into the fold. The team obviously has no chemistry to speak of, so they shouldn't be worried about him ruining it. Plus who knows - some of Ricky's special knowledge could come in handy. He may know some wacky Tibetan meditation technique that could help the Dolphins achieve inner-peace. God knows, if there's any team that could use some inner-peace, it's the Dolphins.

Apparently, the Miami Dolph... (Below threshold)

Apparently, the Miami Dolphins are the ones who are high!! Why would they NOT take Ricky Williams back? He is a quality player and a quality person. If NFL Commissioner Goodell has the faith to reinstate him, then the Dolphins had better snatch him up before someone else does!

Wacky weed meditation, lear... (Below threshold)
Imhotep:

Wacky weed meditation, learned in the Carribean (not Tibet) most other players are not down with that.
